Kids are the future of our world. Today's kids are seen as "too connected to the digital world" to really care for and even appreciate the role nature has in their quality of life. Researchers go as far as stating children today suffer from "Nature-Deficit Disorder." With these ideas in mind, the rising generations are portrayed under stereotypes deeming them less eco-conscious and that they do not nurture a care for nature and their environment.
